| Story Stones is a monthly Writer’s Group based in Penrith, NSW. It is a group designed to provide a safe space for LGBT+ writers who want to connect. At the beginning of each month a writing prompt will be posted here on this website. The prompt helps provide a pathway to writing each month in hopes to create healthy writing habits. There’s an open invitation to submit your prompt writing to be shared with an editor to have feedback provided and possibly published on this website. (This will not be done without permission from the author AND only PROMPT writing will be published not personal work.) The group will meet on the first Tuesday of the month (6pm AEST) to further develop their writing skills and offer support to fellow writers on Discord and TBA locations throughout Penrith (organised via Discord). Those interested in attending can apply through the contact page of this website. Participants will be added to a mailing list with further information and rules. Story Stones is facilitated by local award-winning author, Michael Stoneburner. Their books are available via this website. |
